Outside the property there is parking for two cars and an interior garage with space for another two vehicles. From here there is access to the stairs that lead to the villa's main entrance on one side and access to the swimming pool area and the outdoor dining area on the other.On the same floor (ground floor) you will also find the laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a courtesy bathroom.The swimming pool area is complete with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a barbecue, dining area, bar and outdoor shower.
