Villa Toni is laid out with a large open plan living area leading through huge sliding glass doors onto a large pool and terrace. It’s the perfect holiday villa offering good views of the pool from the open kitchen making it ideal for families.
There is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with gas fired BBQ and dining area with large antique table and seating for 10. There is a beautiful Bali house overlooking the pool for chilling out and a pool side sound system to laze away the days listening to your favourite tunes.
There are four bedroom in the villa all with en-suite bathrooms, including one twin and one with an additional pull down sofa bed suitable for children.
The master bedroom has additional privacy on the first floor with a dressing room and access to the roof terrace for private sunbathing. This room also has a free standing bath and wall mounted TV & DVD player.
There are two lounge areas; one with open fireplace and three large sofas and one for viewing the large plasma with DVD and satellite TV.
There is a modern dining table adjacent to the fully equipped modern kitchen for breakfasting indoors if required. It also has a fully equipped laundry room, as well as an office area with desk and printer.
Outside is a beautiful mature garden featuring a large swimming pool and large shaded terrace area with full seating for numerous guests. There is an orange grove providing fresh oranges for juicing (in season) and a full floodlit tennis court and racquets.
Fully air-conditioned with under floor heating. Wireless internet access. This villa is located between Santa Gertrudis and San Lorenzo and is ideally situated for many excellent restaurants, & shops in Santa Gertrudis area such as Bambudda Grove, Macau, Cicale, Aura, La Paloma and Ocho all within a few minutes’ drive.
The holiday villa has a maid service for two hours each morning and she will undertake general duties such as tiding up, loading & unloading dishwasher, bed making, floor mopping and vacuuming and removing the refuse etc.
